In recent survey by Deloitte, 64% millennials prefers to be complimented instead of given cash/financial reward for their achievements.

Millennials has high desire to improve if they are engaged in their job.
It is achieve by creating close communication with them through regular feedbacks and check-ins, using friendly language, and coach instead of directing.

Work-Life Balance

Millennials value work-life balance so much, and they often feel the traditional 9-5 work shift is too restraining for them.
Recent Deloitte’s survey shows that 77% of millennials are more productive when given a flexible work schedule.
Therefore, company should give alternatives such as: Flexitime policy, Work-From-Home allowance, and co-working space area in the office.
